Local water restoration, done properly

Restoreace is a Toronto-based water damage restoration company located at 2568 Yonge Street in Midtown Toronto. We work with homeowners, condo residents, property managers, and small businesses across the city to clean up after water damage and return their spaces to a dry, comfortable condition.

Most of our work falls into a familiar set of situations: a burst supply line, a slow ceiling leak, a flooded basement after heavy rain, or a sump pump that gave out at the wrong moment. Whatever the cause, our priority is the same — stop the spread of water, remove what is there, and dry the structure thoroughly so the problem does not return.

We are intentionally local. Being based on Yonge Street means we know the older homes of North Toronto and the high-rise condos downtown, and we can move quickly across Midtown Toronto, Yonge & Eglinton, Rosedale, Summerhill, and Downtown Toronto when a property needs help.

How we work

Our process is straightforward and built around clear communication.

1. Assess

We walk the property, identify the source if it is still active, and document the affected areas with moisture readings.

2. Remove & Dry

Standing water is extracted, unsalvageable materials are removed, and air movers and dehumidifiers are placed to dry the structure.

3. Verify

We monitor moisture readings until the affected materials are dry, then coordinate next steps for any reconstruction or repairs needed.

Who we help

Our day-to-day work is a mix of residential and commercial water cleanup. On the residential side, we are often called by homeowners and condo residents in Midtown Toronto and surrounding neighbourhoods. On the commercial side, we work with small offices, retail spaces, and building managers who need water removed and the structure dried with as little disruption as possible.
